Published on November 5, 2026

Our own Stacey Montoya will be presenting on a panel focused on a new report by Justice in View that examines the erosion of due process in U.S. immigration courts. Based on more than 1,300 hours of courtroom observations conducted across the country, the report documents how asylum seekers are increasingly denied meaningful opportunities to receive full hearings. ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ will also share their personal experiences navigating the immigration court system.

This event will be held next Monday, November 9. 2026 in CPaCE 100A starting at 3:30.
