ATLAS Office Schedule Updates

  • The ATLAS Office and ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ campus will be closed on Wednesday, November 11th* to observe Veterans Day.
  • ATLAS advising services will be available virtually on Wednesday, November 25th.
  • The ATLAS Office and ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ campus will be closed on Thursday, November 26th & Friday, November 27th for Thanksgiving.

*Please note: Advising inquiries submitted after 3pm on Tuesday, November 10th will be processed in the order received beginning on Thursday, November 12th. Thanks for your patience and have a safe holiday!

ATLAS Advising Services

Advising During Registration

  • Current ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ: All advising is currently available via in-person, extended Drop-in Advising hours. Due to the high number of students needing assistance, please attend no more than 5 days prior to your Registration Date.
  • Incoming Spring '27 Transfers: Advising will occur in December. Visit our Newly Admitted ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ page for details.
  • Returning ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ: Advising will occur in late November. Check your email for updates from ATLAS.

Major, Minor, & Certificate Requests

To add/drop/change a major, minor, or certificate in CLA, select one of the following options:

Option 1: Speak with an Advisor

  • Visit our Drop-in Advising page for advising hours, modes (in person or virtual), and instructions.
  • If you are unable to sign into Drop-in Advising hours, please call our office at 562-985-7804.

OR

Option 2: Submit an Online Request

  • Complete a with your intended major/minor/certificate changes.
  • An advisor will review your request, and you'll be informed of the result via your ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ Student Email.
