Progress Reporting
Every semester, the ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ Academic community will request feedback from instructors on their students' progress. These efforts are in place to help our campus community connect with students and increase overall course retention.
Early Alerts
Early Alert is a progress reporting program in Beach Connect that identifies students who are at risk of not passing a course early in the term so that resources and support can be provided to the students. ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵ has taken a course-based approach and colleges who participate in Early Alerts choose courses based on institutional data and major declaration requirements.
MAPS & Early Alerts
MAPS primarily outreaches to students who receive Early Alerts for the following courses:

MAPS proactively connects students with timely support and campus resources, offering individualized guidance, practical academic strategies, and ongoing progress monitoring to help students navigate challenges and make progress toward their academic goals.
