ET South Wing Renovation Phase 1
Scope of work is primarily in the west wing of the Engineering Technology Building, impacting approximately 6,900 Gross Square Footage (GSF) of area. The scope includes the renovation of existing research and manufacturing laboratories as well as construction of a new cube satellite, modular clean room, two (2) all-gender restrooms and a new entryway to the building. The scope also includes reconfiguration of spaces, building system modifications, finishes, lighting, equipment relocation, new equipment with electrical and plumbing infrastructure.
