Matt Lesenyie, assistant political science professor at Cal State Long Beach explained an interview with why the vote counting in ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵtakes so long. Professor Leseynie said that while ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵtakes longer than most states to count and certify an election, there are virtually no reasons for a recount to occur.
